미국의 주요 교단들이 모여 초 교파적으로 운영하는 CMTC (Church Multiplication Training Center) 가 주관하는 교회 개척자들을 위한 집중 훈련 과정으로서 교회 설립에 관한 전략과 방안들을 세우고 시행할 수 있도록 돕는 프로그램입니다.

복음을 접하지 못한 사람들과 차세대들을 위한 개척 교회들을 세우므로써 한인 교회들이 그리스도의 지상사명을 적극적으로 감당할 수 있도록 실질적인 훈련과 교육으로 돕는 것을 목적으로 하고 있읍니다.
